These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hadopij Plumbing Solutions' services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Hadopij Plumbing Solutions provides professional plumbing services including:
Scheduling: Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. Emergency services receive priority scheduling.
Access: Customers must provide reasonable access to the work area and ensure safety conditions for our technicians.
Estimates: Written estimates are provided for major work. Minor repairs may be quoted on-site.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards. A service charge may apply for returned payments.
We provide warranties on our workmanship and installed parts as follows:
Hadopij Plumbing Solutions carries comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by customer negligence.
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 hours notice. Emergency service calls cannot be cancelled once a technician has been dispatched.

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Malaysian law in Sabah jurisdiction.
Emergency services are available 24/7 at premium rates. Emergency service is defined as situations involving water damage risk, complete loss of water supply, or sewage backup.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated to customers.
